Rayani Air

Hi D,

Just got asked by a friend of mine on my Rayani Air flight ticket from KB to KL for her wedding on end of May. Then I realized that Rayani Air has just been suspended and all of its passengers or ticket holders will be stranded with no flight at all. 

The only option we the victims have is to get a refund for our tickets and to buy new tickets from other airlines. Thankfully, MAS and AirAsia are being so generous and kind to offer their hands to help Rayani Air and also us - half price for all booked Rayani Air flights! What a cool gesture! Thank you!

I had not realized that yat and I are amongst the affected passengers here, until Farah asked on this issue in our whatsapp group earlier today. Thank you Farah! Well, what else can we do? None. We just need to get this done and settled for good. There is no need to put a blame on any side in this case, things happen. Yeah, shits happen. So be it. We'll just face it and move on.

When life gives you lemon, you make lemonade out of it. Or better yet, throw the lemon back to them! HAHAHAHA Oh well, now I have to find some time to go to the airport and put an end to this matter. Hopefully we manage to get half price for the new flight tickets. Fingers crossed!
